Early Bird: These worms are overrated!!!

   Okay, so we wanted to get  to Coyote Beach early as my expected knee replacement surgery should happen around the end of Feb. (I shall fly back the end of Jan. for pre-op appts.

   Thus explains why we are on Coyote Beach on October 10, which has only Bird Gary besides us and temps are in the 90's and the bugs are biting. Within a few days we found ourselves weathering the tail of a tropical storm which dumped 7 inches of rain on Loreto. We had a day and a half of solid, hard rain and were thankful for little wind.

   Bob's newest toy is the composting toilet which is working out to be the best thing since sliced bread!

   We started our journey caravanning with Tom and Pat from Canada and their dog, Max. North of Bakersfield we decided to split up. The result being that Tom and Pat arrived on the beach 4 days after us. So now there are 3 regular units here on C.B.  And Coco's has 2.
